Toronto Tower is in the final construction and completion phase. Current site work focuses on obra blanca: flooring, kitchen cabinetry, lighting, ceiling services, bathroom finishes, elevator/access readiness, utilities, and final delivery closeout.

Target full delivery: mid-September 2026.

Where the project is now

Toronto Tower has moved from structural work into final finishes. The structural phase is documented in the timelapse chapters; the current Progress page focuses on obra blanca and delivery closeout.
