Built for short-term rental operation.

Smart access, self-check-in, elevator, building-wide Wi-Fi, public laundry, coworking, gym, BBQ, terrace, and optional rental operation support reduce friction for owners and guests.

Self-check-in

Smart access and temporary guest codes support smoother short-term stays.

Guest-ready amenities

Laundry, coworking, gym, BBQ, and terrace support practical guest use.

Optional operation support

Rental operation support can be coordinated through Toronto Tower or a related operator.

A different real estate conversation than Toronto.

Toronto investors know the pressure of high entry prices, compact condo layouts, financing costs, and uncertain market timing. Toronto Tower offers a different conversation: finished Bogotá apartments near the airport, smart-access infrastructure, public rental-support amenities, and a lower entry point than Toronto.

Colombia is not risk-free, but its residential real estate market has different dynamics from Toronto’s highly financialized condo investor market.
