Pay-per-use

Public laundry gives owners and guests a practical shared solution, especially useful for furnished stays and rental turnover. Payment method is still TBD: coin, card, or app.

Every apartment is delivered automation-ready, so owners can run lighting, access, and connected devices with less friction — useful for self-managed or operator-supported short-term rentals.

Smart hub

Each apartment includes a touchscreen panel for smart integration. The setup is already prepared so owners can add more smart components over time without starting from scratch.

LED smart lighting is planned for each apartment and shared common areas, supporting efficient lighting control and a more modern guest experience.

The 7th-floor coworking area combines desks, lounge seating, and open shared workspace for guests who work remotely or need a professional place to connect — part of the amenity level with BBQ, rooftop, and gym.

HD speakers in common areas support ambiance and shared-space experience across the building’s guest-facing zones.

Building identity

LED smart lighting on the building perimeter, plus a decorative CN Tower accent, gives Toronto Tower a distinctive night presence while supporting exterior visibility and brand identity.

Progress proof

Construction timelapses and progress updates make the project easier to follow from design to delivery. Foundation-to-rooftop chapters from the obra negra phase (March–September 2025) are on the Timelapses page.

Project visibility

Revit/BIM visuals and floor plans help buyers review the project beyond standard brochure images. The public model link is being renewed.
